When you create an account with Nested you are allocated your own unique Nested ID known as Nested address. This is a private webspace that you can use for your personal endeavors, such as a project planning, photo-storing and file-managing.
Within this Place, you can further embed relevant Places; regardless of their content, these Places will remain private and exclusive to you and will not be accessible to others. You can however share posts with other Places from this Place, sort of like sending a mail post from your house to your neighbors.
Aside your personal Place, there are the Places that you create. For each one of such Places, you will be assigned a unique Nested address.
From you settings options, you can choose to turn on your Receiving option, which will allow people inside of Nested share posts with your Place by simply typing in the name of your Place or its Nested address. However, this depends on who you allow to share posts within your Place. For example, if your Place has been created within a Grand Place, you can allow all the Members of the Grand Place to have the capacity to share posts with your Place, or you can choose to restrict this option only to the selected Members.
If you decide to turn on your Email option, the Nested address of your Place(s) will practically function like an email address and will allow everyone to share posts with your Place (although they will not be able to see its contents, unless they become a Member!). This means anyone, even those outside of Nested, can contact your Place from their emailing services.
You can also link your unique Nested address as a verification email for different platforms and applications that require one, such as Facebook, AirBnB, booking.com, etc.
